Egitura &#8220;C&#8221; eran duen robot-zelula bat da, non 6 ardatzeko robot antropomorfikoa 2 ardatzeko dorre batetik zintzilik dagoen. Hortaz gain, lan-mahaiak 2 ardatz gehitzen ditu.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small\"><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zelula honetan garatzen diren soldadura teknologiak hurrengoak dira: Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW, TIG bezala ezagutua) eta Plasma Arc Welding (PAW). Sektore aeronautikoak onartutako teknologiak dira, piezen kalitate handiko lotura bermatzen baitute, beraien integritateari dagokionez. Robotak monitorizazio eta prozesuaren kontrolerako sentsoreak ere dauzka, tartean juntura-lerroaren jarraipenerako eta galda-bainuaren ikusterako laser sistema edo soldadura prozesuaren parametro nagusien monitarizazio-ekipamendua.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zelula honetan aireontzien turbopropultsatzaileen atzealdean kokaturiko TBH (TailBearingHousing) bezalako piezen soldadura prozesuak garatzen dira.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small\"><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs style_default switch_click accordion has_scrolling\" style=\"--sections-title-size:inherit\"><div class=\"w-tabs-sections titles-align_none icon_chevron cpos_right\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"lfdc\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-lfdc\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Laser soldadura-zelula:<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-lfdc\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zentruak material-ekarpenerako (Laser Material Deposition, LMD) pita ardazkideduna duen laser soldadura-zelula ere dauka.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small\"><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Teknologiak honek kalte termiko minimodun kalitate handiko soldadura-kordoiak egitea ahalbidetzen du.
